In accordance with the By-Laws of the Palisades Charter High School Booster Club, Inc., NOTICE is hereby
given that the Booster Club will hold its Annual Meeting of the Membership and Election of Directors
at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at the home of Sylvia and Mark Karlan in Pacific Palisades,
address to be provided upon RSVP. The purpose of this meeting is for the election of the board of
directors and the transaction of other business.
