In accordance with the Bylaws of the Palisades High School Booster Club, Inc., NOTICE is hereby given that:
(1) the ANNUAL MEETING of MEMBERS of the PALISADES HIGH SCHOOL BOOSTER CLUB, INC., will. be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at the home of Shadi and Kamran Rafie, 240 South Medio Drive, Los Angeles 90049.
The purpose of the meeting shall be to elect the Board of Directors and Officers of the Booster Club for the 2019-2020 school year, to conduct other business and to hold an End-of-Year Party; and
(2) the ANNUAL MEETING of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS of the PALISADES HIGH SCHOOL BOOSTER CLUB, INC. will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 subsequent to the adjournment of the General Members' Annual Meeting.
The purpose of the meeting shall be for organization, installation of directors and officers and to conduct other business.
