In accordance with the By-Laws of the Palisades Charter High School Booster Club, Inc., NOTICE is hereby given that the Booster Club will hold its Annual Meeting of the Membership and Election of Directors at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at the home of Jenny and Marc Sternberg in Brentwood, CA,
address to be provided upon RSVP. The purpose of this meeting is for the election of the board of directors and the transaction of other business.
